Domestic shipping

We use standard shipping rates based on the value of the items in your cart. Usually, the larger your purchase, the greater the cost to ship all of the items safely. We've created a tiered system to better serve your needs and make sure we can ship your order safely and in a timely manner.

*Please Note: in order to be eligible for free shipping your order must be $75+ AFTER promotional codes.

Sun Kissed Gulf Co currently ships to consumers in all 50 States in the United States. We also ship to Post Office boxes where applicable. Some Post Office box deliveries have been returned. Please check with your local Post Office to verify that you can receive packages.

returns & exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at sunkissedgulfco@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. For in stock items orders will be processed and shipped out within 5-7 Business days.

Wholesale return policy:

No returns or exchanges for wholesale orders will be accepted.

Consumers can receive a refund on all unused products within 14 days of delivery. Consumer must pay shipping, shipping cost is nonrefundable.

damaged or faulty goods

Please inspect all shipments upon arrival. Contact us via email at sunkissedgulfco@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the damaged shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 10 days after receipt.
